Gnomio is not a company. We are only a couple of spanish guys enjoying a unexpected success while spending our little time.

We are hosting over one thousand e-learning sites and we give service to tens of thousands of students at no cost.

Terms of Service
We provide this service at no charge and with no guarantees.
Server abuse, Spamming, Hacking, Piracy and other illegal activites or any unacceptable related contents are forbidden.
We reserve the right to terminate and deactivate any site from our servers.


MDL Restrictions
We can't use its real name due to trademark restrictions, but today it is the most prominent open source learning tool.

You can create as many sites as you want.

Your unused ones will be automatically deleted after 90 days without a valid login (30 days if the site is empty).

There are no limits in bandwith or disk space, but our resources are limited. If you put big files on our server your site (and all server neighbours) may feel sluggish.

Please, don't put anything important under "backupdata" folder. You can still create a manual backup and download it, but everything under backupdata folders is deleted twice a day. We do full system backup instead of internal tool backups.

You cannot install your own themes and modules, but feel free to suggest anything you like and we will review it. If it is of general interest and it is well maintained we will install it for all users.

Sorry, but we can't teach or give support about how to use this tool. We don't have time or resources. We only give you a very easy way for its hosting.
